The bad news is that time flies.
The good news is that your the pilot.

Har khushi Hai Logon Ke Daman Mein, Par Ek Hansi Ke Liye Waqt Nahi.
Din Raat Daudti Duniya Mein, Zindagi Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Maa Ki Loree Ka Ehsaas To Hai, Par Maa Ko Maa Kehne Ka Waqt Nahi.
Saare Rishton Ko To Hum Maar Chuke, Ab Unhe Dafnane Ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.

Saare Naam Mobile Mein Hain, Par Dosti Ke Lye Waqt Nahi.
Gairon Ki Kya Baat Karen, Jab Apno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Aankhon Me Hai Neend Badee, Par Sone Ka Waqt Nahi.
Dil Hai Ghamon Se Bhara Hua, Par Rone Ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.

Paison ki Daud Me Aise Daude, Ki Thakne ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.
Paraye Ehsason Ki Kya Kadr Karein, Jab Apane Sapno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Tu Hi Bata E Zindagi, Iss Zindagi Ka Kya Hoga,
Ki Har Pal Marne Walon Ko, Jeene Ke Liye Bhi Waqt Nahi..

Hasna hi jeewan hai haste hi jaana hai..

Smile Always!

Phir aaj mujhe tumko bas itna hi bataana hai,
Hasna hi jeewan hai haste hi jaana hai..

Madhuban ho ya gulshan ho patjhad ho ya saawan ho,
Har haal mein insaan ka ik phool sa jeewan ho,
Kaanton mein ulajh ke bhi khushboo hi lutaana hai,
Hasna hi jeewan hai haste hi jaana hai..

Har pal jo guzar jaaye daaman ko to bhar jaaye,
Ye soch ke jee lein to takdeer sawar jaaye,
Is umar ki raahon se khushiyon ko churaana hai,
Hasna hi jeewan hai haste hi jaana hai..

Sab dard mitaa de hum, har gham ko saza de hum,
Kehte hai jise jeena duniya ko sikha de hum,
Ye aaj to apna hai kal bhi apnaana hai,
Hasna hi jeewan hai haste hi jaana hai..

Healing power of Forgiveness..

Around two years ago, a very close friend said something to me that hurt very deeply. I was speechless. I could not believe she could say that and mean it. When I had no response, she said, “I love you and don’t want to see you hurt.” My thought was, ‘if you love me, how could you say such a terrible thing about someone you love dearly’. But I was still speechless and just couldn’t respond..

Days and weeks passed and it still bothered me. I prayed about it a lot and I thought I had forgiven her, but I couldn’t forget. Weeks and months went by. I didn’t dwell on this, but occasionally after my prayers at bedtime, I would think about it and couldn’t seem to clear this from my thoughts. Therefore, I would have a restless nights.

A years passed and I began to doubt that I had forgiven her. I decided I would talk to her about it and tell her how much her words had hurt. Before I could talk to her, I wanted to think about what I would say that wouldn’t hurt her. (I’m not really sure she would even remember what she had said to me.)

I prayed about this and asked God to give me the right words to say. After four days of praying about this, I began thinking God wasn’t listening to me. Then suddenly it became clear. God had heard and had answered my prayers. The answer was to say NOTHING. JUST FORGIVE. I did — and a sense of peace came to me. I have had no more restless nights over this.

We all do and say things at time that hurt someone. We need forgiveness and we need to be able to forgive. Let us all pray for those who hurt us and ask God to give us the Grace to forgive them. Forgiving them gives us relief from our hurt. When we can truly forgive, it allows healing to take place in our spiritual lives.

God knows He has to forgive us a lot.

Success, world-class health, internal fulfillment and sustained happiness don’t just happen. These elements of your best life are created.

All too often we look at a human being playing their best game on the playing field of life and assume they got lucky or were born into their lofty condition.

What we don’t see is all the devotion and discipline that went into crafting the extraordinary results we see.

Success and joy and inner peace don’t just show up. You need to create them.
Find your series of practices, perform them with consistency. And then go out into this beautiful world of ours and shine..

What a concept!

Is your life fulfilling? Or is it merely crammed?

Know the difference and you’ll realize it’s not the quantity of activities you engage in (or possessions you collect) that ultimately determine your happiness. One naturally unfolding, enriching experience can easily surpasses many rushed and distracted ones. But you may be so chronically over-scheduled, you never give yourself a chance to enjoy anything to the fullest.

Get more out of life by doing less..

Experiment. Choose an occasion and give it your complete, mindful and unhurried attention. Then imagine an entire life of such enrichment. It’s absolutely attainable..
